flax seed oil?
I currently don't take flax seed oil, I know alot of people do, is it essential, what are the benefits?, Are the caps. as good as the liquid?

Hey Baumer.Is flaxseed oil essential...well that depends on your diet.If you are supplying yourself with good amounts of the EFA's in your diet,than you wouldn't need it.However,most people lack EFA's and therefore can relly benefit from flaxseed.Although you should not expect miracles,you will see better overall gains from your bodybuilding endeavors with the use of flax.The caps are the same as the oil,but much less cost effective.By the way,if you choose to use an oil,I would suggest you try UDO's Choice Oil Blend as it has a better balance of EFA's than straight flax oil.
