i sure don't see many green veggies. and no EFAs either.

how many calories are you consuming a day? my first guess, if you're not gaining weight is that you're still not eating enough.

w/o log

You arent eating nearly enough calories!
Here are my suggestions:
- Add another meal between lunch and dinner. Seriously. Thats a long time between meals.
- Your breakfast isn't bad, but it could use more protein. The eggs are the only thing with any real protein in them, and they only provide 18 grams.
- I would replace the protein shakes with REAL food protein whenever possible.
- Don't be afraid of adding fats, especially saturated fats with cholesterol. Cholesterol is the building block your body uses to make testosterone.

Like I said, breakfast wasn't bad. It has a decent amount of calories. You can add another egg if you don't want to change it up too much. But don't let that suggestion take your attention away from the biggest thing I recommended: eating more calories.

As for something fast: As long as you prepare your meals ahead of time, they can all be fast. You can make sandwiches before you leave for the day, or even the night before and eat them. I usually make a big casserole the night before and split it into 4 meals across the day. Plus, I can adjust the casserole recipe to fit my macronutrient ratios. (40/40/20) This way there is no time involved in preparing the food when im out the next day.

If you want to keep it simple: just eat the same thing that you ate for lunch or dinner at 3pm (or whenever lands between your lunch and dinner).

More calories is the #1 suggestion from me.

Everything else is minor tweaking (such as using lower glycemic carbs such as oatmeal and brown rice, and slightly increasing protein intake).

Cook a big pot of rice/ pasta, and then divide into tubs..

lasts about 3-4 days in the fridge, and *BANG* thats your carbs sorted out.. Carry around canned fish!! also take fish oil caps in your bag, pop down 2-3 at every meal.

EAT MORE TO GAIN.... its not rocket science
