    sex

    say , u just finished training ,u drank ur whey shake, u eat chicken breast after an hour and 2 hours later u have sex. u waste a lot of energy. r u wasting the protein u ate a while ago? should u eat more if expecting to have sex?

    Protein is not supposed to be burnt as energy, so long as your carbs/fats are 'correct' then you will burn that for energy, not the protein.

    if i eat my post workout meal,with carbs and fat, and instead of having a sexual or other activity, i sit all night and watch tv.will the carbs store as fat?

    Your post workout meal will be used for tissue repair and glycogen replenishment...not likely to be stored as fat regardless of your activity or time of day....of course what is eaten, metabolism, insulin resistance & genetics all play a role.
