Backne, clear skin, etc.

I have a good deal of small bumps and what not on my back. Upper back and behind the shoulders mostly. My skin is a bit blotchy and not as smooth as i want it. Is there anything i can do, or is there any well known reasons for backne? My face is not bumpy. I'm 32 and well past puberty. Just wondering if you all have any well known ideas or treatments to get smooth skin. I'm getting ready for my first show in june and I'm wanted the best.

Eliminate soaps and shampoos with Sodium Laural Sulfate - it's incredibly irritating to your skin. Doing that alone has done a lot to help my skin. Lots of Benzyl Peroxide.

Diet wise make sure you are eating a lot of veggies, omega 3, and drinking a lot of water.

Replace all soap like products with 5% benzoyl peroxide and use an exfoliating scrub once in a while.

Basically what danzik said.

danzik doesn't know what he's talking about, what you should do is eliminate soaps and shampoos with Sodium Laural Sulfate - it's incredibly irritating to your skin. Doing that alone has done a lot to help my skin. Lots of Benzyl Peroxide.

You're welcome. Just remember to eliminate soaps and shampoos with Sodium Laural Sulfate - it's incredibly irritating to your skin. Doing that alone has done a lot to help my skin. Lots of Benzyl Peroxide.

Diet wise make sure you are eating a lot of veggies, omega 3, and drinking a lot of water.

i used to have this problem.

i started shampooing and conditioning my hair and after rinsing it out i THEN soap my body up, and rinse off, clearing all that hair stuff of my skin with it. that has helped incredibly. when i slack off on it i notice right away.

do the hair part last and when you rinse your hair out the shampoo and conditioner residue will still be all over your skin.

Ok Thanks alot Plateau so what I planned on doing now is eliminate soaps and shampoos with Sodium Laural Sulfate - it's incredibly irritating to my skin. Doing that alone has done a lot to help my skin. Lots of Benzyl Peroxide.

Diet wise make sure I'm eating a lot of veggies, omega 3, and drinking a lot of water.

And all of these years I have been taking daily oil baths while covered in peanut butter.
