I like to have a soda when in the afternoons. What does everyone think of diet pop (I mean soda)?

Neutral on it. I don't drink it and haven't in about two years, but it's not the worst thing you could be doing.

It really doesn't have much in there but they always dicouraged it when I was in cross coutnry. Something to do with the carbonation.

I used to drink it, but don't anymore... The more I read about aspartame, the more I dislike it. I made the switch to water, or sometimes unsweetend green tea

I used to drink diet pepsi all the time.. but now it's maybe once a week.. the rest is water & coffee
