Sugar content
I just made a batch of lean beef/chicken chilli and realised that the chilli mix i used has about 5 grams of sugar for each serve i made.
Is that too much sugar? should i rinse the sauce out with water to dilute it then strain the excess? Im cutting at the moment and the rest of my diet is clean. thanks in advance |

Don't worry about it.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Yeah, don't worry about it. Account for the small amount of cals if you must and be glad you learned something.
