cooking with wine
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com cooking wine takes the alcohol out of it, right?
so does that mean i can use wine in sauteing chicken or as a marinade for steaks without worrying about it getting in the way of protein absorption and fat burning? |

Cooking wine takes burns like 99% of the alcohol out. But wine contains a fair amount of sugar especially when concentrated while cooking so make sure to account for those extra calories if it affects your dieting goals.

Sure go ahead.
If you are cutting then avoid it. |

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
