Pasta weesey from carrabas

K so i'm on a bulk and i know more food = better but today i had a WHOLE plate of pasta weesey from carrabas (Alfredo butter lemon sauce with shrimp and scallops or something like that) that must of been at least 2k calories and allot of carbs i weigh 155 lbs and had to eat at least about 4 k calories today loll.. you think tomorrow i should throw in some cardio to burn the excess calories? i don't want to gain excess fat for no reason.

Eat it if you need it, and no, don't try to do 2000 calories worth of cardio. LOL!

well nobody needs carrabas food..lets call it a cheat day ? or a unhealthy day and i wasn't planning on burning 2k calories..i'm not really down to run 15 miles but i figured if i hit the elliptical for 20 mins i can burn maybe 350 to 400 calories and prevent pudge from gathering

It's one day, don't sweat it. Just do not make a habit of doing it.

Hell I'm on a cut but when I went out for my birthday last Sunday I ate an entire plate of Chicken Parm and then some Tiramisu for dessert. It was so worth it.

dan's right about it being a once in a while thing.
but if it's a habitual thing, more does not necessarily mean better.
