Raisin Bran...
Ok so why do no body builders eat rasin bran or similar cereals? I never see it? Is it bad carbs, etc? I'm 8 weeks out from my first show and had to sneak a bowl while Im doing my taxes but whats the deal with bran and similar cereals?

ok...just curious as to your top carb sources. You always seem to know your shlt. I know oatmeal is a staple. Just boiled up a batch of steel rolled. Thanks for the reply
