I love black pepper in everything..soups,sandwiches,pizza, pasta, idn i just love the taste, but is it good or bad for you? does it have allot of sodium?

It is pepper, not salt.

It is fine.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I remember hearing that too much pepper was not good for one's kidney's, but after a little research found that it is actually the other way around.
