Calcium

I'm really not into drinking milk or having yogurt, and it is recommended that one should take in at least 1000mg of calcium a day. Would a calcium supplement be okay (i'm taking a 500 mg tablet 2x a day)?

Many foods have a decent amount of calcium in them, other then dairy products. If you don't think you are eating them, then sure a calcium supp is fine.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
