Calcium
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I'm really not into drinking milk or having yogurt, and it is recommended that one should take in at least 1000mg of calcium a day. Would a calcium supplement be okay (i'm taking a 500 mg tablet 2x a day)?

Many foods have a decent amount of calcium in them, other then dairy products. If you don't think you are eating them, then sure a calcium supp is fine.
