carbs on last meal
im cutting now and i dont if i should eat carbs or not on my last meal.many times i will do cardio at night, before my last meal.

It has been said, from the many articles written by professional body builders that i've read, that carb ranges should be within 15 g of carbs (mainly from green veggies) to no carbs at all (30g of protein and fat to slow the digestion of the protein throughout the night while you are sleeping). I think if you are doing cardio before bed, go for a quarter cup oats in your protein shake with some nat. peanut butter or some cottage cheese should be okay since you just burned some calories and your body needs to refuel a bit. But that's just me, see what others have to say.
