refeed question
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I understand that during a refeed a person should eat alot of carbs, and some suggestions are cereal and pasta, ect.
my question is, should this refeed be a meal? |

I refeed every two weeks. Some people refeed every week. Some people only once a month. The point is you have to do what works for your body. Diet profiling requires a lot of experimentation sad to say.
