Today is thursday and saturday is my first bodybuilding competion, my sodium intake is very low but, im not quite sure what to do with my water intake for tomorow and the day of the show,today im drinking a normal amount(at least 1 gallon) also im not sure what my diet should look like the next couple days, i know i need to start eating more food, but im not sure how much, i know so little if anyone could help me id really appreciate it.
