Carb Cycling, Supplements and Cardio

Ok guys so this is my first post and Im in need of your help!

Im about to embark on a Cutting program, having reading over the hundreds of different cutting diets and programs out there I've whittled it down to one of two:

The More Extreme: "GAME OVER VOL. 3 - The Cut Diet" - CUT DIET.COM

And the Lesser: "The Carb Cycling Codex by Christian Thibaudeau" - TESTOSTERONE NATION

Ive decided on the Carb Cycling option as "The Cut Diet" is very strict and I've heard reports that having a cheat meal can screw up a whole week of training. I also love my carbs and the occasional cheat meal and I've heard that the odd cheat on Carb Cycling wont impend upon my progress.

Just a few questions though:

Firstly The Cut Diet mentions the use of supplements such as Glutamine and BCAA's the scientific reasoning behind them seem fantastic, would you advise me to use the same supps on the Carb Cycling program or are they not needed?

I have also had good results with products like Lipo-6 to aid my fatloss, again do I need them or will the program be suffiecient? Also does anyone know of any other Metabolisers that work as well if not better? Lipo have just brought out a new one called Lipo-6mx I think, any reviews?

Lastly, Cardio is not mentioned at all on the program, is it needed? and if so on what days, the Low, Med or High days?

Appreciate any help out there!
