Aioli mayo - is this ok?
So I just brought this aioli/mayo to eat with my chicken/salads etc and was wondering if it was 1. ok, 2. be counted as part of 'healthy' fat intake.
Its primarily made of EVOO, canola oil, lemon juice and garlic. It contains 13.1g fat of which 1.3g is saturated (per serve, i probably eat half of the recomended serve in any given meal). |
