quick food.

so being in school and all, its pretty hard to keep up eating obviously during a school day. yes, i have a big breakfast, yes i eat a big lunch. but i DO have the option of eating in classes (teachers don't know , most dont care). what are some good snacks to eat for calories and what not that i can snack on during school?

When I was in school, some of the things I would eat that were small and not distracting (we weren't supposed to eat in classes) were Natural PB on whole grain bread sandwiches with a carton of milk that I purchased at lunch, a protein bar of some kind, bananas, other fruits/veggies, hard boiled eggs, etc.

GORP (good old raisins and peanuts), protein shakes you can carry to school dry and just add water to knock back, beef jerky...
