I read that shit already. its to confusing. I think im going to do the t-dawg diet? what do you think? Its like the atkins diet.

two ways...
cut your total calories back slowly which is the easiest or watch your carbs. On your workout days, have carbs up to your post workout meal... on your off days...go no/low carb.
always worked well for me anyway..

here are some quick tips danny. dont eat the bag of cookies. if you want some fat and some thing sweeter eat peanut butter. also axe the pizza on the daily. if you really want pizza that bad get a california pizza kitchen frozen pizza. they taste great you can eat like a third of one get 17 grams of protien, couple hundred calories. eat alot more veggies, drink more water avoid jerk in the box, and other fast food joints. do that you should be alot better off.

the one i know for sure is the garlic chicken. i can remember the bbq chicken or the other chicken one. they are all really good. i like pizza, and eat it twice a month. there pizza is great becouse its so lean, and very tasty. shit eat a whole one, and you still get more protien, less calories, and fats than what you would from a couple slices of papa johns. they are cheap to.
