Diet information

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hello Friends,
Where do I find good diet information? Are there any books or websites you recommend. I usually eat green salads with grilled chicken or stir fries for dinner. But when I go to office, for lunch. I eat salads etc. but I have no idea how many calories they have or how much fat is contained in their dressings? I have heard that salads might be good for health but dressings sometimes contains a lot of fat? How would someone measure the calories from outside food? And how does someone measure calories from home cooked food itself? Do people weight their food on a scale?

There are websites like CalorieKing - Diet and weight loss. Calorie Counter and more. that have calorie info.

Anything that is packaged will have the details on the package.

Yes, I weigh my food if I am tracking calories

Read up on the stickies, they have a lot of information. A couple posts below this one is a seminar given by Milos Sarcev, and it is extremely well laid out and informative. I'd recommend watching the whole series.
