please comment on my diet

From past experiences i particulary struggle with getting up and having time to make a proper breakfast in the morning. So i have put a MRP in there is this ok? Im currently 182 pound goal is to get to 200 pounds. BREAKFAST-6.30am MRP 2 Weetabix Mutil Vitamins Glutamine Creatine MID MORNING-10.30am Tin tuna 2 Slices Wholemeal bread Bananna DINNER-1.00pm 2 Backed potato and Tuna or 5-6oz Chicken Breast brown rice MID AFTERNOON-3.30pm MRP Fruit 1HR BEFORE TRAINING Ceareal/musli Bar Fruit POST GYM Carb drink Glutamine Precision Protein Creatine TEA-7.00PM Meal high in carbs and protein (ie Spag bol, chicken dinner etc) 1HR BEFORE BED-9.30PM 1 Tin Tuna Glutamine |

if you are eating like that you will reach the 200 in few day,
you are not explain how much calories you eat per day. |
