    please comment on my diet

    ok so ive been out of the game for while i start back at the gym next week and have been pulling together my diet. Please can people have a look and make any suggestions

    From past experiences i particulary struggle with getting up and having time to make a proper breakfast in the morning. So i have put a MRP in there is this ok? Im currently 182 pound goal is to get to 200 pounds.

    BREAKFAST-6.30am

    MRP
    2 Weetabix
    Mutil Vitamins
    Glutamine
    Creatine

    MID MORNING-10.30am

    Tin tuna
    2 Slices Wholemeal bread
    Bananna

    DINNER-1.00pm

    2 Backed potato and Tuna
    or
    5-6oz Chicken Breast brown rice


    MID AFTERNOON-3.30pm

    MRP
    Fruit


    1HR BEFORE TRAINING

    Ceareal/musli Bar
    Fruit

    POST GYM

    Carb drink
    Glutamine
    Precision Protein
    Creatine

    TEA-7.00PM

    Meal high in carbs and protein
    (ie Spag bol, chicken dinner etc)

    1HR BEFORE BED-9.30PM

    1 Tin Tuna
    Glutamine

    Ditch the glutamine and spend the money on steak.

    if you are eating like that you will reach the 200 in few day, you are not explain how much calories you eat per day.

    Because unless you're on an IV drip with 40g going into you daily, it's completely useless to you.
