    im also a member of animalpak.com forums and theres a lot of talk that lean beef, eggs and potatoes/yams/oats and veggies/fruits are best for bulking and that chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs, brown rice/oats and veggies/fruits for cutting.

    yes,

    eating a lot of clean/healthy foods will help you bulk; eating a less than maintenance amount of clean/healthy foods will help you cut.
