cutting

Just some questions i had about going on a cut. I have some unwanted fat on my abdomen and back and want to loose it before i begin to build muscle again.
After reading around i see that i should still be lifting, heavy and compound?
I have decided to so some higher intensity intervals after instead of slow cardio.
and I am gonna be watching my diet while taking a whey supplement probably once a day and fish oil for EFA.
So i should still be lifting and reducing calories in. correct?
Any helpful tips are welcome.

Reduce calorie intake and lift heavy, compound movement. High protein intake

Soreness is weakness exiting the body.

Yeah.

Probably want to be taking the EFA's about 3-4 times a day though..

Most people while cutting reduce carbs and then up protein, EFA's and Fibre

I also (Personal preferance) like to do a lot of cardio, but thats more a lifestyle thing... ie running on the beach with dog, (sprinting up dunes is a killer !) playing squash, volleyball, going mountain bike rides, rockclimbing etc

Simple thing is, Dont drop cals too low straight away.. need to leave room for when/ if you plateau

Yeah I up my EFA's when cutting also, seems to help. Also I switch up the cardio.. do some day's fast, some slow.. keep your body guessing..
