    Metabolism

So I have unknowingly been in starvation mode for a few years, eating about 1000 calories daily...yes, I am a newbie. Anyways, now I am eating 2000+ clean calories (my meals are in my journal) and was wondering, how long it takes the meatbolism to adjust and start burning as it should?

    Thanks,
    Joe
I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

So w8...after seeing the meals in my journal, do you how long it takes for metabolism to kick into overdrive to where I will start noticing a difference in the way my clothes fit, etc...?
    Thanks,
    Joe

I don't know how long it will take really, you were undereating for quite a while and your body needs to get used to having the right amt of food again...once it's satisfied you're not gonna starve it anymore then it'll stop holding onto everything and you should see some changes...just make sure you keep your calories up and stick to your meal plan.
