Hey Built, I got a question
I've been reading your posts and checking out your web page and I have to say I really enjoy reading your posts and articles. Anyway, after reading your bit on fat, I am upping my fats (currently at 55 g/day, I am going to 80). Right now on workout days I eat about 2750 cals and get 215 g from protein, 55 from fat and 340 or so from carbs. Should I scale my protein back to about 180 and cut my carbs back a bit to make room for the fat? I'm 5'11, 180 and 8.5% bf. Not really looking to cut or bulk right now. Just trying to eat a bit above maitenance and add some muscle very slowly without adding any fat. Thanks for any help...
