    Should i stay the same

    I have been working out for four months and have lost about 37-40 pounds
    my diet consist of chiken salad and panera bread by eating a piece of bread a small salad and a little sandwich and thats almost all i eat. I give myself about two to one cheat days a week should i stay the same or change what im doing????

    Hey man, cant argue with results. 40 lbs in 4 months is great. But your gonna have to be more specific if you want some serious advice...goals? current weight? current training program?

    you eat one meal a day? if so your gonna shut down pretty soon...I take it results have slowed down thus far?

    give us your states, goals, history, and current diet/split. we can better assist you.
