Should i stay the same with more info
My diet consist of eating either a salad for lunch or a small salad small turkey sandwich and a piece of bread and for dinner i eat a Large chicken salad with an oats and honey granola bar. i do not eat breakfast because i do not wake up in tiime. i started out weighing 303 and i now weigh 266 should i keep doing what im doing i thought about getting protien bars so that way im getting more to eat what do you guys think???
when i go to the gym i hit tread mill for two miles running a prymid or crunches 25,15,10,5 and then back up an ellipitical for 10 min and the sauna for ten min. hope this is enough information thanks for the help |
