ground flaxseed instead of fish oil caps on a cut?

i started using ground flaxseed instead of fish oil caps, i put two tablespoons in my oatmeal in the morning and two tablespoons in my shake at night. Too much fat? is it a good enough replacement for fish oil?

No. It's a fibre source, but nothing else is fish oil. I take 10g a day, cutting or bulking.
