    sugar free jello

    what is your guys opinion on eating sugar free jello during a cut? iI was thinking it is better than eating a birthday cake or something else. Also when I mean eat jello i am talking about the whole package not one serving on that is crazy it is only three spoon fulls.

    I would say it is fine just have it 1 day a week and allow it to be atreat. It is extremely low cal so I cant understand how it could hurt you. It will help keep those cravings in check. By allowing your self a slight treat it keeps the pressure off of you so u dont end up going out and eating a pizza

    I know it is low cal but I was wondering about the jello in concerns to water retintion. I here that sweetners cause a lot of water retintion.

    It is sweetened w/ Aspartame

    the water retention will be low. Are you competing? sodium manipulation is a touchy thing. I would recomend playing with it in the off season to learn what works for you . If you are not worried about competing I wouldnt realy worry about it
