5 calories, no carbs, no sugar. Good to drink in moderation?

If it helps you increase your water intake, I'm all for it.

I think it is fine in moderation. I drink it, but I only drink it once or twice a day. I get the pink lemonaid, and the tart flavor makes it difficult to drink a lot of it. Drinking crystal light in moderation in conjunction with water should be fine.

I just tried it today and loved it. I think I will drink it earlier in the day because it does have maltodextrin in it, but I don't think that should hurt my gains too much, and go with mineral water at night. Thanks sox and kelju

I used to drink it to mask the taste of CEE (creatine ethyl ester).
