since I am trying to eat 3000 calories a day I thought I would ask you guys if I should add this to my diet....
Beef&bean burrito cal 400 fat cal 190 total fat 21g 33% sat fat 8g 39% cholest 25mg 8% soduium 710mg 30% total carb 40g 13% fiber 5g 21% sugars 1g protein 10g what do you guys think? |

It's high in fat!
There are healthier burritos that are lower in fat and higher in protein than the one you listed. ------------------ Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true! |

Maybe once in awhile.
I wouldn't suggest eating it everyday. Eat a little cleaner and try finding a burrito with a higher pro content. ------------------ Exercise, my drug of choice |

It'll get you to loose some calories while on the toilet (you'll be in there for a while if you stick with this 'diet').

I would avoid making it part of my regular diet if I were you...too high in fat.
