Unhappy We're giving away our beer

MBC and I need to get our diets back in check (our workouts are doing just fine). We have four 12 packs of bottles we're getting rid of. They are leftover from a couple of parties. We have:

    2 Sam Adams
    1 Killian's Irish Red
    1 Mike's Hard Lemonade
about 20 or so assorted cold ones in the fridge

It breaks my heart to give it away, but if we don't, that's upwards of 15,000 empty calories that we'd consume. We hate to part with it, but you do what you have to do.

BTW, I've already got a taker lined up. Sorry.

I have a friend who is a very good cyclist! He has a beer W/O!

He puts a 6 pack on a TV stand next to his wind trainer. When the Beer is gone...the W/O is over!
