    problem with diet

hello I am trying to lose weight but have a problem

    I am 6'0
    200 pounds
    lifting stats

    bench:250
    squat:250
    arms: 60

the only thing is i can barely see my top 6 abs and I am going for a eight pack

    I eat as followed

morning: eggs or sometimes its skipped
lunch: chicken sandwich or straight chicken or 2x chicken breasts
after the gym snack: 2x chicken breasts
    dinner: 2-3 chicken breasts
after dinner snack o about 8-9ish: chicken breast or some chicken strips
    (only drink water)
    (all the chicken is grilled)

my previous diet was fast foot , soda, very unhealthy, I have been on this current diet for about 10 weeks

I usually do about 30 mins of cardio 2-4 days a week
why cant i seem to slim up my belly?

so basically 1600 cals a day?

Notice your strength dropping or not progressing?

Your diet is extremely poor. And if you plan on using steroids as well, then you really need to get this part of your program in order first.
