From which of these foods should you get the majority of your daily nutrients?

A. Fruits and vegetables
B. Milk and cheese
C. Fats and oils
D. Bread, cereal, rice and pasta

I cannot believe what answer my first aid and safety book gives. Let me know your answers.

yes, that is correct. the only problem is I do not consume cereal breads pastas and rice. just my fruits and veggies and lean proteins, sometimes oats and whole wheat tortilla, but that's about it.

Shows how much I have really progressed with the help of you and others that contribute to this forum, I am very appreciative of that, and I hope others are too.
