    From which of these foods should you get the majority of your daily nutrients?

    A. Fruits and vegetables
    B. Milk and cheese
    C. Fats and oils
    D. Bread, cereal, rice and pasta

    I cannot believe what answer my first aid and safety book gives. Let me know your answers.

    yes, that is correct. the only problem is I do not consume cereal breads pastas and rice. just my fruits and veggies and lean proteins, sometimes oats and whole wheat tortilla, but that's about it.

    Where the hell is the meat/protein/bloody steak option?

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    im saying, they mentioned carbohydrates, obesity, and saturated fats...and we wonder why half the US is just plain ol' fat.
