Cutting Water Weight?

Heya guys never did it before but want to try it out.

Been cutting for a while and I'm coming into my last few weeks of cutting for the summer. Once I drop down to where I would like to be I want to cut my water weight and try to dry myself out as much as possible as if i were doing a competition.

From here I will photograph and assess what needs to be worked on for the next bulking phase.

Just wanted to ask ya'll how I would go about dropping my water? I have access to a steam room but no drugs. I know there are ways to mess around with sodium consumption, water, carbing up etc etc and have heard bits and pieces but dont fully understand the process 100%.

I know there are various ways just curious if you guys could offer some up to me and explain them.

Thanks!

It just so happens I wrote an article about this!

Get Built - Get Built - Q & A with the Iron Geek - Issue 6

Believe it or not, no drugs and no steam room. No cardio either - and you don't ditch water or salt until the day before.

Let me know if you need any help.
