Suplements and Health
hey all,
I have been fitnessing for some years now and I resently started out with a new program: 1 day of legs, biceps, shoulders and belly 1 day of triceps, brest and back I'm traying 6/7 and I go 5 times a week to a spinning course after a nice hard training I feel week... Is it healthy for me to take suplements like aminoo and creatine or should I just change my daily diet (3 meals a day) to somthing else? my parents (I still live at home) think I shouldn't start with suplements because they think it's bad for my health( I'm 19+)... What is you're opinion on this? (sry for my crapy english, I'm not used to type it...) |

those supplements won't do anything but benefit you. Creatine and BCAA's tend to be the corner stone for most people taking legal supps... a good protien in there with the bcaa's should put you right on track.
either wya you should still eat more than 3 meals a day.. 3 meals a day with two shakes and you'll already start seeing a difference in no time. I'd try for at least 4-5. |
