Suplements and Health

hey all,

I have been fitnessing for some years now and I resently started out with a new program:
1 day of legs, biceps, shoulders and belly
1 day of triceps, brest and back
I'm traying 6/7 and I go 5 times a week to a spinning course
after a nice hard training I feel week...

Is it healthy for me to take suplements like aminoo and creatine
or should I just change my daily diet (3 meals a day) to somthing else?

my parents (I still live at home) think I shouldn't start with suplements because they think it's bad for my health( I'm 19+)...

What is you're opinion on this?

(sry for my crapy english, I'm not used to type it...)

those supplements won't do anything but benefit you. Creatine and BCAA's tend to be the corner stone for most people taking legal supps... a good protien in there with the bcaa's should put you right on track.

either wya you should still eat more than 3 meals a day.. 3 meals a day with two shakes and you'll already start seeing a difference in no time. I'd try for at least 4-5.
