    Bulking Plan

My husband wants to gain weight and he has a very very fast metabolism and has a difficult time putting on mass but he is solid. So he is looking for a meal plan to help him gain weight but he wants it to be clean so he doesn't gain much fat.
    Stats:
    5'11"
    29 years old
    155lbs
    9% BF
He works out at 5 AM, M-F. He is currently using glutamine, whey and creatine for supps. He doesn't feel well if he eats before his workout. I looked over DP's bulking plan for fast metabolism and I was wonder how this looks? I obviously have no idea how to help him with meal plan to bulk so thats why I need some suggestions. Thanks!

OK, remember this was for a 170-175 pound person! He may have to use ower portions at first, start with strawberries, graduate to bananas...and WATCH THE WAISTLINE!

That means "On Training Days ONLY" M thru F!

So if he works out every day...Monday to Friday, as she said, then we're carbing up every night?

I lowered the portions a bit from the bulk plan that you had DP. w8 - its Monday through Friday, thats his training days and the carb up. Yes he sucks cuz he can eat whatever he wants and can't gain a single pound. He eats a lot too. Extremely fast metabolism. A year and a half ago he weighed 145 before he started working out and he has gained 10 pounds but stayed the same BF. He has stayed at this current weight of 155 since March of this year. Thanks guys.
