    Eggs

I don't know how to ask my question. If it is unclear, sorry.

Is anyone concerned about cholesterol when eating so many yolks as part of a diet? There...I think that is right.

I'd like to know your opinion

Government said something like no more than 4 eggs a week, because of the yolks, FWIW.

    eggs are great.

Be more careful of refined sugars. They're more harmful.

If it's a man made carbohydrate (anything processed) then avoid it as much as possible.
