Gyno at 15????

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
My 15 year old son has been working out for the last 5 years. I have done alot of research on youth strength training and started with the proper form of the various exercises (mainly dumbells, chin-ups, dips, flies, push-ups) I explained the difference between being hurt or injured, and to recognize when he should allow his body to recover from an injury, and to evaluate what he might have done wrong weather is was from working out or just wrestling competition(I was alway present during workouts). As he got older (13) I realized that he was devloping fairly well, I devoped a workout that incorporated chest, shoulders, bi and tri, including legs and back( low weight to moderate weight and reps), so I started him on protein drinks usally after a work out, and no-xplode only on work out days. His body reacted very well and he enjoyed the pumps he would get during his workouts. He began to admire not only his own growth, but appreciated the men and women involved in bodybuilding, so I took him to a few local competitions, and he had a BLAST!! I started him on low consumption of creatine at about 14 (CE-2 and NO2 1 tablet a day) I explained he had to drink plenty of water and to continue his regular diet. I rotated him off and on the cycle, including going from no-xplode to N3O to get him off the caffine for a while. He continued to grow and started to workout with the team last year as a freshmen. He noticed that both nipples were sore, and had hard lumps, we passed it off as growing hormone changes (I can remember the samething as a kid) and eventually they went away after about 3 months. This last April he noticed the samething, and I told him the samething (they will pass). One went away, but the other got alittle bigger about the size of grape that is now alittle more noticeable. We took him to see a doctor, who suggested that it may be a cyst. He has a sonagram schedulled to take alook at it.

Any insight from you guys is greatly appreciated, I know its alittle long, but I wanted to eliminate the obvious questions as much as I could.

Thanks again

I had the same thing when I was around that age. Fortunately, both lumps went away. In your sons' case, getting it checked out is a good idea.

My son was checked out, and like we all thought puberty. Thanks for the insight, it helped him to cope with his runaway thoughts before the sonogram.
