I just finished a show last week so this week I've had just about all kinds. Normally i eat lots of chicken and take some fish oil caps. I do some olive oil here and there when cooking sometimes. If I'm eating really clean most of my fats come from fishoil. a little dairy as well. Really I usually do butter in grits or on my toast or oatmel...thats about it.

    Butter. Natural is best.

Besides, you're natty and you need your natural saturated fats to support steroid hormone production.

I'm not all that picky about my supps. I figure if I eat well and take a multi, some extra C, fish oil and selenium I'm good.

Same, except I never taken a multi-vit but have considered buying one. Add to that a whey/casein protein powder with maybe some maltodextrin pre/post workout to compliment. What is the purpose of the selenium?

Yeah looks like you could use some extra fat in your diet. Butter won't hurt as long as you don't over do it. I like mayo also.

Nuts and nut butters are wonderful. So are avocados and coconut milk - I use it in curries.
