I want to gain more mass and i was told to multiply my body weight by 20 to see how many calories i need to eat daily, am i supposed to multiply my lean body weight or just what the scale says, like if your eating 1 gram of protien per pound of bodyweight and a month goes by and u gain 5 pounds would u need to up the protiein by 5 grams, or jus 3 or 4 grams because the 5 pounds wasnt pure muscle.
