Living on Residence for free- free meal plan- What is Best way to eat this year
I take care of the first year students and am like a big brother figure to them.. in doing so i get a free meal plan and get 18 meals in the cafeteria for free per week.. they have everything you can think of minus lean beef/chicken whichi will have to make as my last meal of the day in my room (they have a oven in there which is pretty nice.. how would you eat if you had this chance this upcoming year where it is all you can eat (not saying i want to stuff myself at all, just saying.) im 175-177 and have a 6 pack, but want to get 5 pounds of lean muscle in the next little while, how can i accomplish this? thanks |

I knew our dorms usually had chicken breasts always I get a bunch of those to go, whole wheat bread, veggies, milk, cottage cheese, etc

like big said .... get things to go, I know at the University of Kentucky they can get a little stingy about taking food out of the cafeteria or all you can eat places. Try making friends with the people that work there because then they can make things for you to order sometimes and will let you take more then your fair share out of the cafeteria. Take whole wheat bread and sandwiches to go, take a tupperware container and get tuna if they have that, grab all the veggies you can, and chicken breasts were always made at college so grad a few extra and put them in a ziploc bag and put them in your bookbag when you go eat and store them in the fridge in ur dorm.

go with veggies as much as possible, make sure to pick up some good fats (raw almonds or nuts), and limit carbs (DO NOT completely cut them out, but I would cycle and do not eat any carbs at night before bed). Sounds like they don't have a good choice of lean meats, you might have to take them out to the grocery store, pick up some turkey breast/chicken breast.
