Looks clean, but I think ya need to eat more. Add some chicken and fish in there. Somewhere I also read that you should calculate how many calories you need in a day and then eat about 1000 calories more per day if ya bulking. Also, do you have trouble gaining weight or the opposite?

When i eat in the 3300-3800 calorie range (above is about 3650 cals), I have no problem putting on the weight gradually and cleanly. When not exercising, I dont get more physcially active than to ride my bike somewheres, because I do have a very fast metabolism. When i eat, I try to go high carbs in the morning and low in the evening. Protein I like to have 30-40 grams a meal. Fat is not a problem for me, except I dont eat enough. But I eat a looooot of sugary foods. If I took out milk in some of the meals, added meat, and drank water would that be a better option?

Thats a whole lot of milk boy, you a cow or something? hahaha.
Where is the protein? You definately need it for growing muscles. Need more fats too. Try adding more egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, ground beef, beans, steak, or pork.
