    I'm not eating enough

    I'm plateaued at 150 lbs. My current diet is crappy.

    Please tell me what to eat, and provide me with a diet plan.

    yea, way to go. Dont post what you think your body fat is, how much activity youre doing or anything else that would be critical to know. So just eat 5000 calories aday. 50% carbs and 50% fat.

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    Dude (or Dudette?) as you might have guessed no one here is very keen on ignorance or laziness. You're new though so here's what you do:
    1) start by reading the stickies in the Diet & Nutrition forum
    2) after that go and read the stickies in the Training forum
    3) digest the information and assess areas in your diet and routine that need work
    4) THEN come up with some questions related to your assessment. Post your current diet, routine, stats, and goals when you ask so everyone has a clue how to answer
