    late night cravings

    well i havent had a single problem since i started my bulking diet two months ago but since this monday since i work night shift i get home past 12 at midnight since monday everynight i get home and am hungry as a beast i feel i could eat a whole pizza i got a crazy ass appetite and i been eating cereal one day ,piece of slice bread the other i need to stop this nonescene i dont know whats causing it any tips that mite help
