Tonight we offered Chicken Micaela (named after the barroness Micaela Pontalba)...a huge parmesan breaded chicken breast atop a plate full of creamy cheese grits (
lots of butter,heavy cream, and cheddar, m-jack and parmesan cheeses) with saute'ed red onions, peppers and Polska Kielbasa.
and we offered Parmesan Chicken (same mammoth breast) on angel hair pasta with homemade marinara sauce, served with a house salad and roasted garlic buttered croutons.
