Do Whey Shakes Taste Good/can I Get Them Already Made?!
I don't have a blender and I don't really want to buy 10 products to make 1 shake, so is their a company that makes whey shakes already made?
Also if I do have to buy whey in powder form, what SIMPLE products do some of you use, and what company? Also do whey protein shakes taste good? I guess it depends on what you put in it |

You can buy Whey protein powder and make your own shake. Most whey PP today dissolve pretty easily. add some water and just stir with a spoon. You dont need a blender unlike the PP of the 80's.
I use ON 100% whey Gold standard PP and yes it tastes good and yes it depends on what else you put in it. |

10 products? It isn't like that. Buy a blender, it will save you so much money in the long term.
Premade protein shakes are needlessly super expensive. Whey, fruit(I do frozen), milk, done. It isn't brain surgery. There aren't any specialty products needed. And you answered your own question, the taste depends on how you make them. Simpler the better usually. I like to stick chocolate based wheys. The fruit flavors always taste iffy and I get sick of them fast. |
