    Question Meal Numbers

    just out of curiousity..do you count your post workout shake as one of your 6 meals a day? do you count in into your number of meals a day when training?

    I don't count my meals.

    I just total up everything for the day and eat it whenever I want.

    If you eat it, it "counts".

    That's what I always tell people: I eat one meal a day. It starts in the morning and carries right on through until bedtime!

    No, really...I usually only eat once a day. Twice if I'm lucky.

    all food counts i eat 2 or 3 tims a day and have one shake so i count that as 3 or 4 meals dependng if im on a cut or a bulk.
